Pro Tools 8 software serial number not recognized.

Hello!!
I have been running my pro tools 8 with my Mbox on my Mac Book Pro for years without any kind of problem.
I bought the soundcard some years ago from an authorized dealer and It came with Pro Tools 8 software.
Now I´m trying to use the same soundcard on a G5 and the serial code of the pro tools software is not working.
I´m getting nuts and I need the system up and running asap...
Tons of work!!!
Can anybody help me?!!!

I assume you mean the code that starts with "DIGI08......"? Make sure you include any spaces(I seem to remember 2) and pay attention to lower case letters(the DIGI are the only caps in the code) I also trust you verified that LE8 is compatible with the OS in the G5???

Welcome to the community.

I found an account using your community email, but found no Pro Tools LE there. That means it's either in another account or you got it with your interface and the Authorization Code is on the inside cover of your Getting Started Guide.
