Pro Tools 7.3.1cs2 ill not open.. uninstall.. nothing..??

Pro Tools 7.3.1cs2 ill not open.. uninstall.. nothing..??

nothing happens when i double click on the icon.. The hour glass comes up like its about to start loading but it never does.. i tried to uninstall it but the uninstall page freezes (the computer doesnt freeze just the uninstall page) any ideas?
