my ilock is messing up it seems plz help

good day everyone
i am running a windows 7 system 8gb ram quad core pro tools 10 on a Fireface USB UC interface...my ilock seems to be bugging out it works when it wants one second it will let me open pro tools and then other times the blue light on the ilock flashes fast and regardless of what usb port or hub i try it tells me that no ilok verification present or something like that....i just keep unpluging it n trying different ports and eventually it works for a while n then it stops....i really need to get this problem fixed it bad for buisness so plz help...

PS: sing my drivers are wacked out i normally have to disable my network drivers when recording so that i can record with out clicks and pops...i dont know if this is relevant or not but i just letting u guys know about that issue...pro tools open with my network drivers and everything works its just interfering with the sound i hears clicks and pops so i normally disable the network drivers when recording to eliminate the problem
