no no he does not see it, he only sees the system preferences

Well amazingly the card being identified does not mean much...

Is that in a different system or the Thunderbolt expansion chassis, and again is the power cable connected to the card? And did you check with a multimeter? If you can Digitest the card in a different system... or give up and return it.

But if the card came from a friend and is known to work then suspect your expansion chassis setup, which is why I keep asking about the power. If you put it back in the exact friend’s computer it was working in before does it work again?

I want to try to put it in a pc, maybe I can manage it better

What exactly happens when you run Digitest on a fresh reboot?
(Do not attempt to launch Pro Tools before running the Digitest application.)

What computers have you tested in? We cannot tell if you only have tested with the expansion chassis. Again in that chassis check the power supply to the card....

Hello friends
last night I spent the evening in remote with avid usa.
and unfortunately, the card is damaged, the mac fails to display it, we have installed various drivers new and old but nothing, the only solution is to send it in assistance, I hope only in a replacement, thanks for your answers
