Default Re: Why am I losing my arrangement when I commit?

Probably because it's creating new clips and they are unmuted by default, even though they were muted previously. I don't know - seems to me they should be created as new clips and muted as before. Probably an oversight in the programming.

From the Reference Manual:

Committed Clips
Clips that are committed, either by disabling Elastic
Audio on a track or by moving a clip to a track
without Elastic Audio enabled, are written to disk
as new audio files. These new audio files include
the audio in the clip, plus any fades, and also an additional
5 seconds

To Commit or not to Commit, that is the question. georgejw22 Pro Tools 10 10 12-20-2011 05:30 AM
