I'm sorry, but, no... the spec for dynamic range does not refer to output level.

The output of all of your converters when fed a -18dBFS PEAK (in your case) 1khz sine tone should be 1.23 volts (+4dBu)

I didnt realize the 192 had a soft clip. I know my digital 192 doesn't.
