Can't save any plug-in presets

Somehow I did something and now I can't save any plug-in presets. I get this message:

"Settings can only be saved to the "ZebraHZ" folder inside the "Root Settings" folder or inside the working sessions's "Plug-In settings" folder, or sub-folders of these folders."

Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks--

How are you saving plugin settings - via the plugin's own routine or using PT's settings saving? Some plugins have their own system for saving presets and want you to use them.

Is it an issue with all plugins from other makers or only Zebra?

I had a similar issue with u-he once before and it turned out to be an error compiling the aax plugin.

I'm saving via the plug-in's own menu, as I've always done. And it's all plug-ins, not just u-he.

I did fool around with some duplicate folders in the Pro Tools folder that resides in the Documents folder. I probably trashed the wrong folder. I think I need to reinstall maybe...

You might try trashing PT preferences first before reinstalling
