Stylus RMX beta 1 trouble

Does anyone else get an instant crash when they Alt copy Stylus RMXa second second instrument track in Pro Tools HD 11.2?

It might also be worth my while asking, if most people aren't having this problem, what configuration(s) do they have and did they wipe their machines before they went on to install PT 11.0.2?

I'm just trying to work out if there's something i've missed or if it's just a bug in PT 11.0.2

No actually it's a bug in RMX ... I also got Pro Tools 11.0.1 crashing sometimes when using RMX

Oh okay, I've been speaking to Spectrasonics and they don't seem to think there is a bug so I need other people to tell me if their system is playing up as well so they can be made aware of this.

I've tried this every which way and I can't get it to dump on me. Perhaps you can link your session file to let us check if there's something about your session that is causing it?

Well so far Spectrasonics are looking in to it for me. I'm running an 8core mac pro mid 2010 model. It doesn't crash at all on my dual core i7 macbook pro, so i'm going with the idea that it's to do with Pro Tool's automatic processor assigning system with more cores to play with that's maybe crashing pro tools here maybe?

Here is a link to the session. I's a pretty basic session. All i've done is opened stylus rmx in to one stereo instrument track and copied it over once. It didn't crash the first time I did it, but the second time, it crashed pro tools 11.0.2

I get the crash with your session, and now it always does it even in a new session.

Well rest assured, I had just re-installed Mac osx mountain lion before I created that session, so it can't be my computer. It's the reason I re-installed it as well, just to make sure it wasn't causing any issues with a corrupt installation.

So it's a fault with stylus or pro tools? :O

is anybody else is able to reproduce this crash (PT 11.02 & 11.03)

create a session
create an audio track with audio clip
create instrument track with stylus rmx (or trilian)

now: move the time line fast from one point to another a few times.
With a short audio clip (e.g. 3 min) there is no crash

now copy audio clip a few times so the timelines gets longer (e.g. 20 minutes)
now move time from one point to a point further in time back and forth a few times: crash


I'm having crashes all the time on PT 11, on templates, with spectrasonics plug ins, but since I work on films, I work on 'longer timelines'
