help!

I just got the Mbox 2 factory in the mail and I'm setting everything up. Everything works ok, except that none of the factory plugins are showing up under the channel inserts! I have installed the factory plugins that came with the package and even registered an iLok account and everything.
I installed Xpand! as well as Drum Core PT and neither of those have shown up either.... can anyone help me out??

If you have an Intel based Macintosh you will need to download the Universal Binary updaters in order for them to work. You can find links to the downloads/installers on this page - Xpand! is on there, as is the "Ignition Pack" which contains T-Racks, Reason, Live etc.
