Macros on Pro Tools

I'd like to create some MACROS (those computer keyboard letters that realize some operations for us)on Pro Tools to facilitate my life.
Does anybody know how to do them on Pro Tools?

Buy a program called Quick Keys and you can do whatever you want.

Apparently not. Some QuicKeys functions that worked with previous versions of PT do NOT work with 5.0.1. Specifically, the Menu Selection is broken. This is true for Pro Tools 5.0.1 and 5.0.1cs1 as well as QuicKeys 3.5.3 and 4.1 with Mac OS 8.6. Tech Support, I hope you're listening

I dont use quick keys, but others here
do. I will check on there systems wether or not they are having similar problems.
Can you list the functions that appear to be broken as of PT 5.0.1? Also have you tried re-installing Quick keys since upgrading to ver 5.0.1?

for the record, none of my quick keys were affected by 5.0.1

Same with me...no QK problems at all

I have not had any problems with QuickKeys and PT 5.0.1.

I did have to reprogram a few because menu items had changed.
