3 EUControl bugs + 1 crash bug OS X 10.6.4 Intel

Very fragile app, frequent (as in 14) crashes with OS X 10.6.4 Intel Mac Pro over 4 days. Zero crashes or problems with any other app.
It crashes if it doesn't discover a powered on ctl surface at boot or wakeup.

2. We see this in the logs (OS X 1.6.4), incorrect implementation of the mDNS DNS Service Discovery protocol.

3. Calling a bizarre font, see below. Read the Apple Developer specs, use a system font, not private font, for menu items.

FYI - Unable to get to Euphonix web site for support, bad php script preventing access. The "Monday 0800 someone is fooling with the Web Site" problem.

Also, this looks pretty silly for a big company like Avid.....

Hi I have experienced this problem too, any way of fixing it, or do you just have to make sure the hardware is on before your computer.
