Default Unable to turn off auto-renewal

Hi,

I'm trying to cancel my monthly subscription plan by turning off the auto-renewal button and it seems impossible. I keep clicking the button, then pops up the reasons menu, click on cancel plan renewal and it makes nothing. It shows the same reasons screen, as if I didn't clicked before.

Please, someone help me canceling my plan :)

Can someone please help me? I have desperately trying to cancel my subscription for years because I've never used it and they keep on billing my credit card. What a scam Avid is. How disappointing. There is nobody you can speak with either on the phone or on a website but they continue to charge you a large fee even though you don't use the service. Avis is making it hard to reach them on purpose. I've tried every code and product ID that I have. Anyone know how I can stop this?
