Help, not seeing input in channels 3 and 4

I'm not seeing input from analog (1/4" phone jack) channels 3 and 4 when trying to record. Besides the following, are there any other gain/bussing/monitoring controls that I'm missing? Is it common to have input jack failure in the Digi 01?

Channel input bus, as seen in the mix window, is same as it ever was (and works on chs 1,2 and 5-8)

Gain settings in the hardware preferences are same as ever.

Monitoring is set for "auto," which is working for chs. 1,2 and 5-8.

I'm in the process of borrowing another Digi 01 and cable, but if anyone knows of some other way two inputs could be muted or the monitoring hidden, please let me know.

There is a monitor button on the front of 001, press and try again.

Thanks. I just figured that out, after scouring the software assuming some band mate had sabotoged me deep in the preferences... It's usually the simple things.
