What happened to my plugins ? [SOLVED]

Hi guys. I've been working on a song now for about three weeks. everything has been operating exceptionally well compared to the usual pita interruptions I normally experience due to my inferior Creation Station pc. Now for no apparent reason my plugins have disappeared! None of them work! I haven't made any changes to my normal operating procedure! I may be jumping the gun by posting this before using my limited trouble shooting ability so please understand that I'm fed up with PT's and it's numerous, known only to the experts, reasons for these ridiculous interruptions! I've seen several posts lately about similar problems. I once had problems with plugin downloads not going to the proper file location but I thought that was behind me. Any help?

Has the location path changed in any way? renamed a folder etc. it should be system drive (Usually titled Mackintosh HD) > Library >Application Support > Digidesign > Plugins

Next thing to check is the ilok manager! install the latest version.

Ilok itself should be ok if PT is opening.

Are the plugins in the folder?
do they show in the plugins menu?
do they show in audiosuite menu?

Could just be corruption so trash prefs and re-install Pro Tools.
