Default why do i get offline
why am i geting offline on lcd screen of my commander 8 am i mising a connection or need to configure something plz help quick

it doesn't tell me anything i installed the drivers c8 is recognized in device manager but when i try to ienable it in setup>periphials it says there is a violation accessing device

Do you have it plugged directly into a USB port on your computer or into a hub of some sort? Is the USB light on or off?

Hi,

Make sure you go up to setups and peripherals and ensure in MIDI devices it is selected in the left box and that you have a midi device selected in to to and from....
