Default TASCAM DM3200 & Pro Tools HD

My apologies, I posted this in the HDX forum as well but it seems there isn't much activity over there yet, so I am posting again here:

Anyone have their DM3200 set up using the Digital 16x16 IO?

HDX should be showing up on my doorstep today with the 16x16 digital IO. I know I can connect via TDIF to get all 16 channels out of my desk into PT, but I know TDIF is limited to a max sample rate of 48khz.

My question is this: If I filled both my expansion slots with the AES/EBU expansion card, would I then be able to get 16 channels @ 96 KHz into HD? Excuse my ignorance when it comes to how AES/EBU and the DM3200 work together, and thanks to anyone who takes the time to respond!

Dan
