What is this stuff?!
What is DAE Memory? I just installed Pro Tools FREE 5.0.1 and I can't get it to come on. It says that "Dae Memory is too low." Please Help

Re: What is this stuff?!
Sounds like you need to locate the DAE application and allocate more memory to it.
It's in the Mac OS9 System folder/DAE Folder. Click the Icon for the DAE application ONCE. Then press command-i for the "get info" window, or choose Get Info from the File menu. There's a drop-down menu that has "General", "Sharing" and "Memory"--pull down to "memory". You'll see a minimum size and a preferred size. Boost the preferred size and that should solve your problem.
