If they are mono sources....

Dupe Audio 1 to Audio 3.
Phase invert Audio 3
Group Audio 2 and Audio 3 and control with VCA

VCA fader will now raise/lower level of Audio 2 and the phase inverted version of Audio 1 (which will thus be cancelled)
