PT9.0.5 - BSOD tpkd.sys / 0x00000c4

Hi,
after updating my Win7 64 Bit PC to 9.0.5 I'm getting bluescreens all the time.
Already reinstalled 9.0.5 as well as newest ilok drivers several times.

The system behaves differently depending on what's been installed first, the PT update or the pace driver.
1. If I install pace first and PT second, I get the bluescreen directly after the windows welcome screen. System is unusable until I boot in save mode and remove the tpkd.sys from the drivers folder.
2. I install PT first and pace driver second: Now the system boots but I get a bluescreen as soon as I launch PT.

Never got this bsod before updating PT and ilok drivers.

Did anyone, who was experiencing ilok related problems install it?
