Default HD native
At the present i have protools le 8 on my computer,and i just purchased hd native,will hd native write over my version of le or should i remove it before i load hd software? jz

Definitely remove it. Do a "clean" uninstall (which means complete).

Personally, I'd install HD Native 8.5 or Pro Tools 9 HD on a new hard drive.

Well the install went fine,and i am running pt9, i was having a problem syncing my yamaha 01v96 via adat lightpipe,i should not have to connect the word clock should i?I got one error message saying that i was losing sync and that i should up my buffer setting,otherwise everything else is fine.jz
