Default Unable to Open Latest Offline Session

I created a CC Project, final save online at 1pm. Worked on it offline (no internet connection) from 2pm-6pm. Saved and closed. Next day, back online, I went to recent projects to open it, and PT only showed me the online version saved at 1pm. Version history thru PT only showed the original session and the 1pm save. In the project cache, I see all of my auto and manual saves up til 6pm. PT will not let me open those giving me an error of 'unrecognized file'. Changing the extensions to a regular PT project doesn't results in same error. How do I open / get PT to recognize my offline saved sessions (or the latest auto saves)? Need help ASAP, this session is due Tuesday.
