Default Plugins and the cloud

I had a couple of questions on plugins and cloud collabs. If both parties own the same plugin, will the correct plugin settings show up on the track when it is shared via the cloud?

Related question: On an instrument track, say both parties own the same VI. But say I have a patch library on my system for the VI that the other guy doesn't. Will my patch still play when shared, or would he have to have the exact same library for that to work? Typically, my VI's "know" where to look for the patch libraries on MY system. But, even if the other guy had the same library, it would be in a different location on HIS system. Would that confuse the shared track, or would that all work?

Thanks

It has been my experience so far that>>>

Plug-in settings do travel.

The collaborator must have the same VI patch, Or use Freeze/Commit.

The collaborators system will find the VI patch if it exists.
