Default Sliding between midi notes

I have Native Instruments Scarbee PreBass and I want to have it slide between two notes. I checked the manual and it talks about using a sustain pedal. I don't have one. Since this isn't for performance, just tracking, isn't there a button or particular note that I can select in the piano roll with the mouse to indicate a slide should be used?

That's an articulation that needs to be supported by Native Instruments Scarbee Pre Bass. Hit you tube or the manual to see if that articulation is a key or CC assignment. If it's a CC assignment just match the number and free hand the automation with the Pencil tool.

Just pull up Sustain (from the TrackView selector or in the MIDI Editor) on the MIDI/Instrument track and draw it in. The Scarbee bass instruments are very cool. I have been able to get some very realistic performances from the slides, hammer-ons, etc. Although sometimes I wonder why I didn't just pick up a bass and play it. :)
