Default Problem installing Pro Tools M-Powered Essential

I don't know what is going on exactly but when i try to install Pro Tools Essential on my computer it says I dont have enough ram when i have 2 gigs

Here is what the error says exactly:
Not enough RAM, Pro Tools M-powered Essential requires a minimum of 1024 megabytes of total system RAM. This machine has only 522224 KB of RAM.

i do believe this is your problem... It appears your machine is using your hard drive as virtual memory or it is a shared resource with something like maybe a video card. go get a couple of sticks of ram shouldn't cost your more than $60 or so

you know one other thing... you probably only have one hard drive in that machine... you are going to need an audio drive if you don't already have one. no info given on that subject but wanted to warn you before you go spend money.
