I recently upgraded to a new 5,1 Mac Pro running Mavericks (MacOS 10.9.5) and was wondering if I should upgrade my Pro Tools from 10.0.0 to 10.3.9? The Avid site says PT 10 isn't compatible with Mavericks but it seems to be running fine. Just wondering if there's any benefit to upgrade Pro Tools. Thanks.

10.3.9 has many fixes compared to v10.0.0. The one issue you are guaranteed to run into is that the uninstaller application will not work. You will have to do a manual uninstall. Google it and you will find more information.
Considering that it is always best to do a clean uninstall before upgrading, you have some work to do before updating to v10.3.9.
