Cannot surrender license to renew [SOLVED]

Hi,

My upgrade plan was due to expire at the end of March. So in February I bought a year update plan which shoes in my Avid account, valid until 31 March 2018.

I'm trying to activate the license on my iLok. When I press active, it says:

"the surrender cannot be completed as it is no longer valid"

How can I activate this? Pro Tools is still working fine but I guess this is because I'm in the 30 grace period?

It's looking for a license: "Pro Tools with Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 (NT)" which hasn't been active for a while clearly. My current license is: "Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12)"

So it seems to me it's looking for an old license


UPDATE:

I synchonized my iLok as I read somewhere it may help. The license seems to have disappeared now. I have no expiration date on my "Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12)" but it says the license was deposited in 2016, so I'm not sure if it's updated that or not. My "Pro Tools Plan" license is technically expired and my new license is nowhere to be found.
