License problem with annual subscription [SOLVED]
I saw the thread about the 12.6 license issues but mine is related to 12.4 so I decided to post another thread.
My annual subsctiption is active but I don't have a valid license on my iLok. This happened just after the first full year of monthly payments and license updates without problems. I made opened already a case (03050588) but I figured I'd ry to find help here as well because at the moment I'm not able to work. Best regards, Lasse |

I am interested to know how long you had to wait for the problem to be solved? Or is it still open? I am excatly in the same situation right now. Licence is active in my account but not in ilok (neither physical nor at ilok.com).
Can't do any work, cause Pro Tools doesn't open. |

The case I opened at Avid customer care was responded in two days. They updated my Pro Tools license and I was back to work.
This was the first time I had problems with the subscription. |
