That's a sure thing :)

But if you go to a casino which has unlimited bet (and you have enough money) you can always make money by starting with a low bet and doubling the bet after a loss, and always after a win go back to lowest bet. If you win early, you get better win percentage but low dollars. If you win later, you get lower win percentage but high dollars. Always making a profit after the first win, though. Either way, if you have too much spare time in Vegas and enough money (not drinking) this will get you something to bring home.

I had a neighbor years ago that mortgaged his house to try this very concept. Evidently this was not enough money. He no longer has that house.

Or he was drinking. Whatever the case, if that was 110% sure thing, everyone would be dropping the dayjob and just get rich.

With the assumption that I'm going to win, I never play more than I can afford to lose.

+1 to this. Get a fully loaded used i7 Mac Mini (the new ones are only i5s, so don't bother.) Should save you anywhere from $1000-$1500 doing it this way, and the native power/thunderbolt connectivity will serve you well.
