Default D-command crashes PT2020.5

We have purchased a d-command and some functions like banking on a pretty large session crash protools. And once is has crashed the session gets corrupted and can't be opened anymore.
There's also a fairly large amount of plugin mappings in the session.
It's on a Mac Pro 5.1 with High Sierra 10.13.6. anyone has experienced this ?

Had some kind of the same issues last year before switching to a Mac Pro 2019 and Catalina. Did not think at the time that it was D-command related.
Could have been ,but I was leaning more toward mechanical HD corruption.

Thanks, in our case it's definitely not a HD issue because disabling D-command in peripherals, solves the problem. It looks more like some D-command parameters are corrupted, either in the session file or in PT preferences.

Hi,

Have you trashed all the prefs and uninstalled completely and then re-installed PT? this is the only way to refresh the d-command bundle. and also reset the D Command before booting the fresh install.
