Default Moving artist User Sets problem!

Hi,

I am trying to move Artist User Sets to my new computer, but I can't get it to work!

I followed the steps in this link:
http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/e...211&popup=true

Moved the xml in place and restarted the computer but I'm still stuck on the default user set. I spent many hrs customizing the set and would really need to get it going!

That avid page is pretty old, has something changed maybe?
Am I missing something?

Most grateful for any help.
Best regards
Séamus
