I've had the same problem for a while - shame having the reverb while recording was nice as was the tuner - if anyone hears of a fix please post

Editing to clarify...

We posted an updated driver (1.3.1) today that includes Firmware 1.0.4 which should fix the DSP/Tuner issue.

Note that this is a Mac installer since we were updating the Mac Driver and in the process of that we were able to qualify and include this firmware update.

We have this issue logged on Windows as well. The Win effort is still in progress but we should be able to post more info about that soon.

and after that I installed MAC 1.2.2 drivers , firmware 1.0.3
workig well whith no more problems
About your new UPDATE fixing the problems that we have with DSP and Tuner, will be a way to update to MACdriver1.3.1, new Firmware 1.0.4
or just stay with 1.2.2, fimware 1.0.3,
thinking in Windows we remain in 1.0.3 firmware??(Two differents firmware, will cause a problema)

If your Mbox Pro is working properly, no need to try and update the Firmware.

Hope to see a windows firmware update soon that fixes the problem. I too had the DSP and tuner broke following the 1.0.3 firmware update. I simply could not stand to go through the hassle of having it repaired and having to wait with no interface. The thing is that it was the DSP effects that were a factor in me getting the unit in the first place! And the tuner was very handy. It seems amazingly bad service to break a unit that way and then take so long to produce a fix!
