Inspired by my early fascination with Alan Splet and Ann Kroeber's work with David Lynch, I set about to create my own surrealistic and mysteriously deep and surprising atmosphere's. Deep dark blues and blacks, strange industrial ambiences; slow creeping shifts, along with hanging hazes.

This collection is great for dystopia films; thrillers, dramas, horror, and anything bordering on or squarely set in the surreal.

Only $40 bucks for over 60 files with a running time of over 3 and-a-half hours!

Many of us face the problem of a Director asking for some radio or TV show to be playing in the background and we have to scrounge to find something we can legally use. So, over the years, we have created some in-house.

Announcing the release of Broadcast Pack 1 This a collection of license-free radio and TV programs for use in your projects. A 40's Era Baseball radio broadcast, News, Political Talk Shows, Weather, NPR-Style story programs, as well as entire radio and podcast episodes. 30 programs in all. Hi All,

We just released a collection of Grassland Prairie wind. I wanted to capture the prairie before the grasshoppers, crickets and cicadas were out, but what I found instead were 2 very blustery days of 20-40 MPH winds. Lots of tall grass blowing, open fields, some pine tree, some deciduous, but mostly open. Many files of intense winds. There is only the occasional bird song. But at one point, two hawks were tussling and diving in the winds and flew over the microphones making one of the coolest sounds I have ever recorded!! It's included on the end of the soundcloud demo.

Of course, 24/96, QUAD, and full Soundminer Metadata implementation.
