Default Only some plugin presets being created

Hi all,

I have a very very odd situation. After deleting PT prefs and the PT folder in "Documents" on my Mac, Pro Tools rescans all my plugins on first open. The PT folder gets automatically created, and inside, the Plugin Settings folder only creates plugin preset folders for about 35 of my 250 plugins.

I am on PT 2018.12, but have had this issue for over a year...only some of my plugin presets show up. I've checked permissions on the PT Documents folder, and my personal user is set to "read and write". There are two other options: "staff" and "everyone", which are both set to "read only".

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Thanks,
Chad
