Missing Firmware

Hi,

I try everything nothing works.
My HD io 16x16 Analogue no longer works. The power button stays young and that's it. My HD Native Driver is not in my MAc audio preferences. But I can see it on the DigiTest. Apparently my Frimwire is missing. I contacted Avid, he tried to do it remotely and it didn't work.

I installed old drivers ... old version of pro tools ... change DigiLink cable ... nothing works

In DigiTest the knob "Begin Update" is inactive

Any ideas ?
