Where is my No Charge Pro Tools 12 Upgrade?

Yep me too, go the support plan showing in my account, but no download link in my account for 12, though from what I am reading it's not worth the wait.

I purchased an educational license back in August 2013, I thought that I had 4 years of free updates, however in my account I can't see any info about my EDU license, seems like it's a standard one...
Can you check it?

I purchased my upgrade to 11 at the end of last year when they were offering the extra months for the support plan. 12 is not in my account either.

Here you can find what Avid's web page said December 2014.
Upgrade now and get free updates until March 2016.

I ve also purchased it in september 2013 from studica and i emailed avid and they send me this:
Pro Tools 4-year upgrade for students are no longer offered when Pro Tools 11 is announced. This offer was started before when we released Pro Tools 9. This offer stopped on April 7, 2013 so unfortunately, you are not eligible for a free upgrade to Pro Tools 12. But you are still eligible for Pro Tools 12 upgrade for 99$ if you are still a student. You have an option if you want to have a monthly subscription or annual subscription. Below is the link for the student discounted price for Pro Tools 12:

I highly doubt this is correct. I purchased my educational version of PT10 + 4 years of free upgrades in NOVEMBER 2013.
