Default can\'t open PT 7.3 download

Hello ---
I purchased the PT 7.3 upgrade --- the $49 version, since I was already running 7.1 --- but when the download was attempted, it failed. There was some kind of message about a "failed decompression". It looked like the .zip file was on my desktop at some point, but it would not open with the default Mac version of "UnStuff" called BOMArchiveHelper. I then downloaded something called The Unarchiver that was supposed to work better than BOMArchiveHelper; that didn't work either.

Any suggestions? I've tried the download nine times now, and haven't been able to implement the upgrade. Very frustrated!
