Default Dock + Control App semd midi CC

Is there a way to use the Dock with the Avid control app ,to send Midi CC or program the knobs to send midi CC?

Studio One v3.5
Apollo 8 and Apollo Twin MKII Thunderbolt

Not that I know of. EuCon was designed to avoid the headaches of MIDI. It's an entirely different protocol.
