Default pci serr# generation

I am running a PT HD3 Sytem on a HP xw8400.
Does anybody now if the "pci serr# generation" under "Advanced" -> "Chipset/Memory" in the BIOS should be enabled or disabled for optimum performance?
PT 7.3.1cs2
HP xw8400
