Trouble Installing AIR

For some reason I am having great difficulties trying to install and use AIR Creative Collection on my PC. I have attached the error message I am receiving in the hope that someone else has encountered and rectified this problem previously. I received a similar error message while trying to install Pro Tools 11 a little while ago, but the solution I found for that has not worked for this. Can anyone help?
