Video playback question (newbie!)
Hey all - I'm starting to get into doing some projects to picture. Just bought a Canopus 110 and can't get the "video to firewire" option to work (it's grayed out). So, I know the video file has to be a Quicktime .dv file. Won't a .mov file work too? If not how can I convert the .mov files to .dv? I know my firewire/Canopus/LCD monitor chain works (I got some video to play out of iMovie HD). Thanks! Eric

Re: Video playback question (newbie!)
It has to be a dv steam file.
A QT with .mov could be any of hundreds of codecs and compression schemes. You can convert it in QT Pro, or Final Cut. |
