ESC doesn\'t work on the C24 Surface with cs4 Upgrade~

I thought I would post this here since it didn't get any replies from the Mac Forum.

Excuse me if this has been addressed, I searched but didn't find.

The subject title says it all. With the new cs4 upgrade,
while bouncing, the ESC button no longer functions on
the Control 24 to Stop the Bounce, as before. I know,
the keyboard ESC still works, but I have a Habit!

What's up?
