Issues adding contacts

Hi,

Both my friend and I have set up our profiles and are struggling to find/add each other from the Artist Chat Window. We have ticked the box to allow ourselves to be searched and have sent email requests which have not been received by either of us.

Can anyone help?

I did an "Add Contact" using your email and your name came right up - sent you an invite so pls let us know whether you see that or not.

Correct... Artist Chat > Contacts > Add Contacts

If you can't get it working let me know and I'll PM you to get usernames/emails.

I don't know if there was some sort of delay with us both having only just signed up, but we seem to be ok now.

Strange as we hadn't done anything else...
