Artist Series Not working on Mac Pro Late 2013

I have a new Mac Pro with 10.9.4 and eucon 3.1.3. I have both the artist mix and control. Both of these work fine on my macbook pro with 10.9.3. I'm using the same settings on both computers. They are both connected to a hub which is then connected to the ethernet port on the Mac Pro. I was using the usb to ethernet adapter for the macbook with no problems. Tried it on the mac pro and still gives me the same problem

When I turn on the controllers connected to the Mac Pro they just hang on the AVID logo. In the Eucontrol settings the show up but under claimed by they always say *available*. I'm thinking its 10.9.4. Any suggestions?

What kind of hub are you using?

Do you have DHCP turned off and IP's statically assigned?

So after browsing around the forums here forever, I decided to try to make a new a user. That did the trick!
