Exclamation Need some help getting started,Fast Track

Hey im new to Pro-Tools, i just installed the Essential program that came with the M-Audio Fast Track which i also just hooked up. I'd like to learn how to get things started as far as looping riffs, adding programed instruments, layering guitar tracks, just basically some pointers to get going. If you know what i'm dealing with and can help that would be f-in great. Thanx
