Default Unable to get individual IK plug-ins in the PT11 lists

I have used a lot of their plug ins for a long time. Going to PT 11 was never able to get the individual plug ins inthe lists. Only way I can use my revebs or any of the eq's and compressoers is to load the mastering suite plug in it self. I have addressed it with them still no results, have tried every thing to fresh in stall over and over. Not much help from them, ealy on they gave me a few things to try but then after that never heard back from them andI let them know the issue is still at hand.

Your problem is not IK but yourself, depending on what they told you to try. Go to Custom Shop (computer has to be online) and click on Restore My Gear and assuming you have licenses for what you want to use you can instantiate any of the plugins in a track without having to open the mastering suite. I do it all the time. For instance I like the LA2A on some tracks, the 670 on some strings and vocals, etc. and all with just inserting the plugin on a PT track.

The problem is not me, I have done that over and over to no avail, I have un installed all OK products, deleted folders, reinstalled and the same result. Yes it is on line when I go to do that, yes the daw is shut down etc.

If you've installed something that should show up but it's not, trash the plugin cache and see if it doesn't show up the next time you start Pro Tools.

Then you've got something weird going on if indeed you did what I mentioned. It's easy to miss steps. Thing is it works for people the world over and it can work. Maybe you have something strange going on in your Windoze setup. But the 'Restore My Gear' things has worked for just about everyone else that has tried it.

When you say you "re-installed" what do you mean? You re-installed everything from installers? That could be your problem.

Uninstall T-Racks, and CSR, and Custom Shop.

Restart PC.

Now only install the Custom Shop or T-Racks CS, then go to the T-Racks section and Restore My Gear.

That should install the T-Racks shell and all your singles. You should then be able to use these plugins how you want.

Had a similar revelation at home, last week. I installed CS, but had de-selected VST and Standalone because I don't need them. The AAX singles would not show up when using "Restore my Gear". Re-installed CS with standalone and VST, and then "Restore my Gear" worked fine.
