Default Upgrading from PT11 to PT12, iLok problem


I don't know if my iLok 2 is the problem here, but this is my problem:

I'm trying to upgrade from PT11 to a PT12 subscription package.

In Pro Tools itself, using the menu link Marketplace/Upgrades, I follow the process...
- Choose PT12 package
- Input my Avid Account info, no problem
- Input my address etc, no problem

Then it asks for iLok info and I select 'I have an iLok, use this one'. I put my iLok username in and click Continue, and then...

The PT browser page goes blank and a Salesforce free trial page pops up in Chrome.

And that's it. I can't enter payment details or download PT12. What am I doing wrong?

(My iLok 2 came with PT11. It only has licenses on it for PT10 and PT11. I have deactivated them in iLok License Manager)

Why did you deactivate them? IIRC, to upgrade you'll need to surrender those licenses.

If you can move the licenses out of the USB to the cloud "your account."
With the latest Ilok manager software
Downloadable only from Ilok.com

Your Ilok is ok.

ProTools 11&12 require an USB Ilok v2.

#2. The way I upgraded ProTools HD9.0.6 + HD8 bundle to HD12/11/10 2016 bundle was like this:

I purchased an upgrade code from 9 to 12 from WestlakeAudio.
I got an email with my upgrade code...

Activated the upgrade code in avid.com account.
Avid account confirmed code was valid.

Then Avid.com ask a bunch of questions & links the Ilok account to the avid account.
Avid confirmed everything was ok.

Then avid server transferred the new licenses to my Ilok account...
& Exit avid.com

Then, with the latest Ilok manager from Ilok.com, I moved the new licenses in to the Ilok v2 USB, and moved out/surrendered the old licenses... "Disappeared."

Ilok manager confirmed New licenses are ok.
Saved, Exit Ilok manager,
& Done.

#3. Maybe you have a virus... If you have Windows
