Can't Authorize MP3 Option

Hi everyone,

Just purchased the MP3 option but I can't seem to authorize it. When I go to bounce to MP3 a window comes up saying that the trial has expired. However, the only option is to select "Quit"... "Authorize" is greyed out and I'm not sure how to enter my code..

Any ideas?? Am I missing something plainly obvious????

Hi, probably you installed the demo version, please try to re-install from the cd and check the box "MP3 Codec Update".

I tried that already. PT then says that "This option is already installed"....

Any other ideas??

You could try quitting Pro Tools then delete the Codecs folder in the Pro Tools folder then re-intall the Mp3 option, that should do it.
