I hope there´s coming a fix for 10 regarding broken input-monitoring on 10.3.9 and of course OS-compatibility. I know that´s wishful thinking, but who knows… ;-)

Avid has confirmed that they're working on an update to PT10. This only confirms that they're working on it but *not* that it will ever be released.
