Default Midi Mapping in PT7

So I am a little new at this. I got an M Audio 02 25 key midi keyboard to use with my plug ins for PT. My question is how do you map what keys do what.

Example 1: If I use it with Drum Kit From Hell Superior how do I map the keys to a certain drum.

Exampl 2: If I use it with Reason how do I tell it what key is what?

Is this done in PT or is it done in the plugin or the M Audio 02? I can't find documentation for the M Audio 02 for this so now I'm trying to find out if it is in PT.

I am using PT 7 on a MAC 10.4.6.

Thanks.
