Importing Video Problem

Please help, I'm running Pro Tools 12.4 on a MacBook Pro/Mojave 10.14.6 and when I went to import video (movie), I got these error messages. See the attachments. Can I get some help?? I can see the movie in the timeline, and when I hit the play button, the bar line moves across the timeline, but nothing is showing up in the viewer.
